On Sunday, June 28th, Wellness4Every1® will be hosting a #Stretch4ourSchools fundraising event with Zen Yoga Garage
at the Zen Yard (in real life) and on Livestream via ZenTV! The class will be at 5:30pm and is a fundraiser for arts and wellness programming in Chicago Public Schools. The suggested donation for this event is $20.00 but we encourage everyone to join regardless of your contribution.

Zen Yoga Garage focusses on delivering a modern yoga practice that incorporates the power of the postures, the dynamic feeling that comes with movement flow, and the philosophy that accompanies the rich history of yoga. Want to add new variations and shapes into your asana practice? This class will be perfect for you!

About the Zen Yoga Yard:
Zen Yoga's new outdoor studio is located at 2424 Grand Ave (NE Corner of Grand Ave). Parking is available on site. All groups are spaced 30 feet apart. ZYG staff will be there to guide you through our check in procedures. Please wear a face mask, and bring your own mat and any props you use to practice. Disposable masks are available for FREE, and reusable masks are available to purchase on site. Hand washing stations and sanitizer will be provided for all.

Capacity for in-person attendance is limited, so we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
