On Saturday, July 18th, Wellness4Every1® will be hosting #Shred4ourSchools at Shred415 Old Town to raise money for arts and wellness programming in Chicago Public Schools. We will be offering 2 options for attendance: 8:00am virtual and 1:30pm at the studio, in real life! The suggested donation for this event is $20.00 but we encourage everyone to join regardless of your contribution. Donations can be made on Venmo: Wellness4Every1 or through the link to our GoFundMe: The Art of Wellness.
More about the class: Say goodbye to one-size-fits all fitness. At Shred415, it’s all about staying true to what your body needs to reach that next level. Each Shred415 class alternates between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts. Expert instructors are there to lead, motivate, and challenge you to reach your goals—at a pace that works for you. You select your weights; you set your speed on the treadmill. The result? A workout that is truly designed for you. But don’t think you’ll be coasting—you’ll be burning anywhere from 500 to 1200 calories per class, so expect to work up a serious sweat.
Capacity for the in person event is limited to 14 attendees, so we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
